Information Systems Manager

Location: Saint John, NB

Radian6 is currently recruiting for an experienced Information Systems Manager. In this key role you will be responsible for the strategic and operational management of Radian6 information and technology needs. Working closely with end users and business stakeholders, you will define internal business processes, and you will lead implementation initiatives necessary to achieve organizational goals. You are an experienced manager with technical expertise coupled with a sound understanding of business and management principles. You have a demonstrated understanding of resource implications in terms of budgets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Evaluate internal business needs and develop highly efficient cross-functional business processes;
  • Responsible for evaluation, selection, and implementation of internal IT systems required to implement internal business processes;
  • Lead system implementation projects with project teams composed of internal and/or external resources;
  • Planning, developing and implementing the IT budget, obtaining competitive prices from suppliers where appropriate, to ensure cost effectiveness;
  • Ensuring the smooth running of all IT systems, including availability, continuity, backups, security, scheduled upgrades, and change management;

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelors in Information Management or in a related field supplemented with minimum of seven years of demonstrated successful experience in IT field;

Billing Manager

Location: Fredericton, NB

Reporting to the Controller, the Billing Manager will take on a key role in our Administration group. You’ll be given the chance to positively impact the organization’s billing process; to streamline and improve overall revenue flow of the company.   • Drive strategies to continuously improve billing systems and processes;

Job Requirements:

  • 5-10 years of billing experience, with a minimum of 3 years experience managing a comprehensive billing system;
  • In-depth knowledge of billing processes, systems and procedures;
  • Demonstrated success with developing strategies relating to billing systems;
  • Demonstrated ability to build, grow and evolve a comprehensive, multi-national, billing system;
  • Strong technical abilities, proficiency in spreadsheet preparation and extremely comfortable in a computerized accounting environment;

Customer Success Manager

Key Responsibilities:
The Customer Success Manager (CSM) is responsible for bringing the best Radian6 ideas, innovations, and capabilities to customers while driving greater business value. It is the CSM’s responsibility to drive customer adoption and success within a defined set of customers. Key to this role is being able to articulate value, inspire and position to sell the future of Software as a Service. As a trusted Social Media advisor and coach, the Customer Success Manager determines how a Social Media program can be effectively applied to support achievement of a company’s strategic business goals in all areas of the organization.

  • Develop a trusted advisor relationship with customer sponsors such that all Radian6 activities are closely aligned with the customer’s business goals and strategy, allowing the full potential of their Radian6 solution to be realized;
  • Lead the adoption and execution of the customer’s Radian6 Maturity model such that the phased roll-out of functionality, training and development of best practices continually drive incremental value and return on the customer’s investment;
  • Establish and/or participate in project steering committee meetings; proposing creative viable solutions to the customer sponsors such that critical success issues are addressed on a pro-active basis;
  • The CSM will serve as the customer advocate internally at Radian6 ensuring that all of our resources are being focused and optimized to best serve all our customers’ needs; and
  • Guide practices of Radian6 toward producing customers who can be referenced; with high customer satisfaction and high renewal predictability.

Responsibilities:

  • Use a flexible approach to develop overall strategies to build long term, sustainable, profitable relationships at all levels of customer organization and to strategically grow and manage the defined Key accounts;
  • Serve as a customer advocate in driving industry best practices and the evolution of Radian6 product and platform functionality integral to the customer’s success;
  • Utilize Project Management discipline to track all implementation and post-implementation adoption activities such that the overall success of the customer’s Social Media initiative can be closely monitored including visibility to the executive sponsors. Contribute to customers ongoing PMO activities when required;
  • Work with Radian6 PMO to define, maintain and leverage account health indicators. Provide regular status reports to Radian6 stakeholders on progress against established goals;
  • Manage account escalations;
  • Facilitate the development of a vertical industry community of like Radian6 customers, routinely sharing best practices and leveraging lessons learned;
  • Identify and grow opportunities within territory and collaborate with sales teams to ensure growth attainment;
  • Maintain a comprehensive understanding of Radian6 products;
  • Understand customer requirements, level of adoption of the Radian6 service and assess the risk in renewing the current contract;
  • Participate in field marketing events within region;
  • Develop a good working relationship with sales and other departments within Radian6 required to achieve Customer Success goals; and
  • Maximize sales opportunities within the assigned territory by providing assigned accounts leads to sales.

Job Requirements:

  • 10 years of relevant work experience ideally with 5 years of strategic enterprise account management or management consulting experience;
  • Relevant experience in the Social Media space;
  • Program Management experience an asset;
  • Proven ability to interact directly with customers at all levels;
  • Demonstrated customer-facing skills including expectation management, communication skills, information management;
  • Proven effectiveness at leading and facilitating customer workshops;
  • Proven experience in managing complex project implementations;

Project Manager

Radian6 is currently recruiting an experienced Project Manager.

Working closely with Product Management, Customer Support and Marketing, the successful candidate will drive feature development projects using agile iterative development techniques.

Job Responsibilities Include:

  • Plan, execute, and deliver feature development projects on a rapid release cycle (six weeks per feature release);
  • Create and maintain work breakdown structures and project schedules including allocation of team members to project tasks;
  • Manage project scope – control scope creep and manage change requests related to project scope;
  • Plan for and mitigate project risks;
  • Promote strong team-centric working relationships;
  • Manage external dependencies and coordinate project timelines and deliverables with third parties (as required);
  • Report project status on a weekly basis or as requested by stakeholder(s);
  • Conduct and chair regular project status, project milestone, and/or project scrum meetings;
