		<description>Great post. My challenge is I work for a government department that, like most, is very reluctant to empower one individual to join conversations on behalf of the organisation. If we do get past that challenge the next is the slowness of having to get every comment approved before posting.

The interesting thing about Twitter and other feed-based social tools is that the exposure depends on the size of each person&#039;s network. So Company A might speak with Twitteruser1, but the response of Twitteruser1 will be seen by their full list of &#039;followers&#039;.
