zig: Harnessing the Fast-Moving Social Web

zig, a creative communications agency with offices in Chicago and Toronto, is keeping up with social media thanks in part to monitoring with Radian6.

I am interested in learning more about blogging, social media and it’s relationship to increasing the quality of business in terms of productivity, sales and efficiency. How does social media translate in these areas. Are companies able to quantify social media in relationship to there current business pre-social media and now?
