A great big thanks to all of you who joined us for our Engaged Brand Twebinar with Ferg Devins and Tonia Hammer of Molson Coors.
There is a real energy created when people love what they do and you can tell from the conversation today that Ferg and Tonia really enjoy connecting and building relationships with their community. As a matter of fact, Tonia even checks Twitter before she checks her email!
I’ll give you a sip of their thoughts to set the stage for beer and social media.
- Social media is an opportunity; even bad comments. People are saying them anyway, so if you respond and engage and acknowledge you can turn a negative into a neutral or positive.
- The days of dreaming up an idea and pushing it to market are gone. Consumer insight is important to everyone in the company.
