Insights: A Lunchtime Chat With Basic Demographics Uses


So, a Market Researcher walks into a bar… a juice bar actually, it’s still early! Or if you’d like, a common place where business professionals like to go to fuel up on their lunch break. He makes his way to a nearby table where he overhears a Product Marketer, a Customer Service Rep, a Media Buyer, a PR Official, and a Senior Manager communally discussing a familiar topic: their use of Radian6 Social Insights.

“I simply did the same breakdown as you suggested with regards to gender; with this new Topic Analysis widget, I selected Klout “Topics” from each pie segment. What I ended up with was two widgets displaying each a list of influential topics. I was able to conclude that the majority of these topics had noticeable differences when comparing gender.”
