Real-time & Summarized: Introducing Mobile Application and Summary Dashboard


In this crazy world of instant updates, real-time posts and 24/7 days, we are all looking for ways to speed up our tasks and stay in touch. Yesterday, we shared two new additions to our product family to help to accomplish these tasks. Let’s take a look at our new Mobile application and Summary Dashboard.

Mobile Application

As a community team, we know that monitoring mentions is never a 9 – 5 occupation. We’ve listened to the cries for help from you our heavy Engagement Console users begging us for a way to stay informed on the go. For anyone that has ever asked themselves, “Is there an app for that?” during their Radian6 filled days, today is your Christmas. Welcome to Radian6 Mobile.

The Mobile app has the full functionality of the Engagement Console with a similar layout so users will have no problem getting up in running in no time at all. The engagement and assignment features will give you the advantage of being able to assign to your team on the go. Hook up your twitter accounts and not only can you review posts in real time but respond right from your iPhone.

Summary Dashboard

We know personally how much time our users spend on building their daily and weekly reports. Sometimes building what others see as a “quick report” isn’t that simple. With this in mind, we’ve built out our Summary Dashboard.

The true benefit of the Summary Dashboard is being able to have access to a full summarized report around your brand or topic with an action as simple as entering your login credentials. It can increase your ability to quickly pull overall stats, take a look at the trends and get the high level information that is needed on a day to day basis. Also, if your an active social media team with an executive crew that likes to stay in touch, providing them with login’s can be the way to go to make sure they see just what they need.
