In our final week of Insights partner introduction, we took the time to introduce you all to our Radian6 Insights. Today, let’s show you how to setup these Insights for use!

Logging on

Just like all of our other Insights we’ve rolled out, Radian6 Insights are accessible through our new Radian6 lnsights login page. We are just finishing up our rolling deployment and you’ll be notified once you have access. Once Insights has been activated for your account, this is what you will see:

Logging in is pretty simple since it uses the same credentials you already have for your regular Radian6 Dashboard.

Set up

After you’ve finished checking out the pretty new graphics and made sure everything is right where you left it, jump on over to the Insights Gallery and we’ll turn on Radian6 Insights.

We can see all of the different Insights Partners here, including both paid and free options. Select the topic profile you’d like to activate Radian6 Insights for – the button should look like this:

So you may notice that this says “Free Insight”, that’s right Radian6 Insights are included in your subscription so feel free to activate it and give it a test drive. After clicking the button, it’ll look like this:

The Clicks

Back over on our dashboard we now have the ability to use the “View by” menu to drill into this particular version of Insights.
