Post to Multiple Channels at once
Are you responsible for a few different channels that you need to make sure the same messaging hits all at the same time? Perhaps making sure that a message hits all of your corporate regional channels at once? The ability to post the same information to multiple Twitter, Facebook, Managed and Chatter accounts will allow you to fill just this need.

Group Accounts
Tying in to the ability to post to multiple accounts, you can also now group multiple Social Media accounts together to efficiently manage engagement.

#tag auto completion
A couple of weeks ago, we added the feature that enabled you to select your most recent @mentions from a handy drop down list. Now, we’ve extended that ability to choose your most frequently used # tags from a drop down list while responding to a post, eliminating the need of having to remember the exact # tags you are using.

Ability to Hide Comment/Notes
In social media we are all used to saving space by shortening words and messages, in that same respect, what about the space used in your stack for your notes and comments? Now you have the ability to expand/collapse the notes and comments section within a Topic Stack that will give you more of that precious space we all love.

One Click Response
To keep that efficiency nature going, we move from saving space to saving clicks by now having the ability to respond to a post in a single click. Simply select how to respond and away you go.

Ability to Block User
Building on the Twitter functionality that already exists, now you’ll be able to block a user directly from within the Engagement Console.

Retain expanded/collapsed state of Shared Macros after refresh
We know that sometimes less is more, so we’ve made it possible to retain the expanded/collapsed state of macros thus eliminating the requirement to expand/collapse macros after each refresh. Whichever way you’d like to view the information, that’s the way you can have it set up.

Show/Hide Summary Dashboard Icon
For all our Super Users who might not want their Engagement Console users to dig in to the Summary Dashboard right away, they now have the ability to show/hide the Summary Dashboard icon via Permission Set configuration for targeted users.

Extensions Updates
We know that our extension gallery allows for some great added features so we’ve also added some updates specific to that area.

Trending Topics Extension
Adding to our existing extensions, we’d like to share with you the new Trending Topics Extension that will build you a stack within the Engagement Console. This will show you the most discussed topics within your selected Topic Profile.

Save Extension Data as part of a Workspace
Do you share your workspace as a team? Are you looking to share extension data as well? You’re in luck because you now have the ability to save extension data allowing any assigned user to view the same data within their workspace.

Email Posts Extension Enhancements
We found the email post option very useful and thought, why not add to it even more? We now include workflow information for the selected posts you are emailing.
