Social Media Group (SMG) has been making waves lately in the social media world with their landing of Ford and SAP. Maggie Fox and the gang at SMG have also created lots of positive buzz with their own version of a social media press release (SMPR) which they call Digital Snippets. Today SMG announced its partnership with Radian6, to add enhanced social media monitoring to their practice mix globally. They look to use the solution to uncover potential issues for clients before they go mainstream.
