Great case study. I think examples such as this are great indicators of the brand power organizations can harness through social media.
In the case study there is great emphasis placed on the ability to engage customers in conversation using their own “language” through social media monitoring. I’m interested in what type of monitoring services you use?
I’m familiar with tools like Google alerts and the like, but what services do professional monitoring organizations use?
