Enterprise Account Executive

Location: Fredericton, Saint John, Halifax, Chicago, San Francisco

We need amazing account executives who can work with the largest companies in the world to help establish their social media presence.

The Enterprise Account Executive is a unique role that provides exposure to our largest clients and management process.

Key Responsibilities:

In this key sales role your responsibilities will include:

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities;
  • Actively and effectively promote Radian6 to targeted accounts and develop and grow the associated pipeline;
  • Provide support to existing clients with tasks ranging from client requests management to onsite unsupported presentations;
  • Maximize sales opportunities within the assigned territory;
  • Ensure maximum personal effectiveness through excellent communication and professional web based presentations while making recommendations for process improvements;
  • Act as a leader by fostering team and individual growth through coaching, mentoring, and serving as a resource person and by encouraging collaboration among team member; and
  • Hunt new business and/or grow an existing customer base of multi-national, multi-site organizations by nurturing relationships with clients to understand their business needs and requirements.

Job Requirements:

  • An undergraduate degree in a related field; and
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of business-to-business (b2b) sales and account management experience, preferably in the technology sector.
  • Highly experienced presenting, and managing a Boardroom in the executive suite.
  • Experience managing complex solution based sales cycles
  • Highly self motivated and results focused

Attributes:

  • Proven success with existing client assignments;
  • Proven experience with on-site client presentations at the senior level;
  • Proven ability to interact directly with senior executives in customer organizations, both verbally and in writing;
  • Demonstrated customer-facing skills including expectation management, communication skills, information management; and
  • Demonstrated success with sales quotas.
