Radian6 is currently seeking an experienced Director, Product Management or Senior Product Manager to join its Product Management team in San Francisco, California. This is a great opportunity to join an exciting, dynamic, young company with a strong and seasoned leadership team. You will make a significant contribution to the development of an industry leading social media monitoring, engagement, analytics and reporting system.

Key Responsibilities:

• Heavy focus on new product strategy and direction;
• Develop product requirements and lead feature planning initiatives, evaluating feature requests and internal innovation initiatives;
• Develop strategic product plans and lead associated product roadmap initiatives;
• Solicit field feedback and maintain a keen understanding of customer requirements and market needs;
• Develop and maintain domain expertise, perform competitive analysis, and balance business priorities;
• Act as a leader within the company.

Job Requirements:

• 3-5 years of relevant product management experience;
• Social media product experience is an asset a solid grasp on social media strategy and technology is a must;
• Strong leadership experience interacting with clients and software development teams;
• Strong knowledge of various types of online social media and related technologies.
