Radian6 is currently recruiting an experienced Trainer reporting to the Director, Training and working closely with internal groups and clients.  The Trainer will be responsible for assisting in the planning and development of training programs and will take a hands-on approach to the delivery of training.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, deliver and support training programs and schedules, as they relate to Radian6 platform use; for Radian6 customers, prospects, partners and Radian6 employees;
• Promote appropriate training options internally;
• Conduct ongoing technical training, product training and personal development classes;
• Assist in the development of training manuals, multimedia visual aids and other educational materials;
• Work collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders to further develop Radian6 training options; and
• Conduct On-site training with clients.

Job Requirements:

• Post secondary education in training or education; and
• Demonstrable experience in Training Delivery, Design and OJT processes.

The Trainer will be required to obtain internal training certification on Radian6 platform functionality.
