Non-profits have discovered the appeal of social media because of it’s ease and fluidity in connecting to stakeholders. The savings of time and money is often redirected, though, to manually monitoring conversations, instead of being effectively used to build deep community relationships.
We know your budgets are tight, so we’re here to help you with that and get you immersed and connected in social media for your projects without the financial hardship.
The Radian6 Giving Back Program
Radian6 is providing in-kind support through no-cost platform access in order to support select charitable campaigns and initiatives.
What We’ll Provide:
- An initial (mandatory) 30 minute training webinar as a platform overview
- Assistance with initial topic profile setup to track your campaign
- User access for up to three (3) people on your team
- Access to Radian6 at no cost throughout the campaign, including two weeks of coverage prior and two weeks following the campaign’s conclusion
- Up to two hours of additional training for your team as needed
- Access to standard Radian6 customer support channels and resources
What We Need From You:
- A main point of contact for coordination of campaign profile setup and search terms
- Mandatory attendance at a webinar training to learn how to track your campaign and create reports
- Mutually agreed upon recognition of Radian6 as an in-kind supporter of your campaign or initiative
- Contribution to a recap blog post or more in-depth case study chronicling your efforts, if possible
You’ll need to be sure you have some resources (i.e. people) on your team that are dedicated to tracking and using Radian6 for your campaign. We’re happy to help with some initial and ongoing support to help you use the platform, but our resources are such that we unfortunately cannot provide dedicated analysts, campaign managers, or ongoing reporting.
How To Apply
Applications for Radian6 in-kind support are due at least two weeks in advance of the start of your campaign, event, or initiative. Exceptions may be made on case-by-case basis, and at the sole discretion of Radian6. Please apply by sending an email to givingback@radian6.com with the following information:

Please note that organizations are limited to in-kind access for two separate campaigns in a twelve month period. For information about longer term access for Radian6 for ongoing organizational use, please contact our community team to learn about our non-profit discount pricing.
Eligibility and Other Details
The Radian6 Giving Back program is open to organizations that are registered non-profit organizations with specific, eligible, and finite fundraising initiatives. Application is not a guarantee of acceptance, and all organizations will be notified of acceptance via email.
Radian6 does not make cash gifts or supplement in-kind support with cash donations or sponsorships through this program. We do, however, offer discounted pricing (50%) for registered and eligible nonprofit organizations for long term use of the platform and for those not selected for participation in the in-kind program.
