Training Specialist
Location: Flexible
Radian6 is currently recruiting an experienced Training Specialist. Reporting to the User Community Manager and working closely with internal groups and key clients, the Training Specialist will be responsible for assisting in the planning and development of training programs and will take a hands-on approach to the delivery of training to key groups.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, deliver and support training programs and schedules, as they relate to Radian6 platform use, for Radian6 employees, new partner employees and Radian6 customers;
- Conduct ongoing technical training, product training and personal development classes;
- Assist in the development of training manuals, multimedia visual aids and other educational materials; and
- Work collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders to further develop Radian6 training options.
Job Requirements:
- Demonstrated success at delivering training;
- Demonstrated awareness of adult learning principles;
- Solid project management skills;
- Demonstrated research and writing skills;

Community Analyst
Location: Fredericton, NB
Radian6 is currently recruiting a Community Analyst.
This is a great opportunity to join an exciting, dynamic, young company with a strong and seasoned leadership team. Working closely with Marketing, Sales and our Community Team, the successful candidate will prospect sales leads and manage inbound lead traffic. This role is key to our sales, marketing and service efforts.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle incoming requests from potential clients and pre-qualify their needs;
- Utilize internal and external resources to assist in meeting targets;
- Assign leads to appropriate internal parties;
- Initiate and follow up on outbound lead generation efforts;

Project Manager
Location: Fredericton or Saint John, NB
Radian6 is currently recruiting an experienced Project Manager.
Working closely with Product Management, Customer Support and Marketing, the successful candidate will drive feature development projects using agile iterative development techniques.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, execute, and deliver feature development projects on a rapid release cycle (six weeks per feature release);
- Create and maintain work breakdown structures and project schedules including allocation of team members to project tasks;
- Manage project scope – control scope creep and manage change requests related to project scope;
- Plan for and mitigate project risks;
- Promote strong team-centric working relationships;
- Manage external dependencies and coordinate project timelines and deliverables with third parties (as required);
- Report project status on a weekly basis or as requested by stakeholder(s);
- Conduct and chair regular project status, project milestone, and/or project scrum meetings;
- Mediate and/or help resolve problems encountered by team members;
- Manage project issues with input on priority from the stakeholder(s); and

Key Responsibilities:
- Be the overall business owner for Radian6 professional services products including definition of the products themselves and the necessary execution models;
- Be the most senior customer-facing professional services person on customer projects, working directly with the client in a professional services, account management and project management role;
- Coordinate and lead internal resources on the delivery of professional services projects;
- Take part in delivery as needed from a needs analysis and project playbook definition perspective;
- Play a key role in helping to define and build our overall professional services strategy, plan the team as we move forward; and

Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business or related discipline;
- 5 to 10 years of hands-on experience in project management, including expertise with project management tools;
