McKenzie Eakin is the Community Program Manager with Xbox LIVE Service and Jerry Kansky is a Social Support Analyst from the Xbox Elite Tweet Fleet, and you know you’re in for lots of giggles when McKenzie starts off by saying that “everything is more fun when it rhymes”, e.g. the Elite Tweet Fleet. In between the laughs and good times with Xbox we learned a lot about customer service and connecting with community.
