How easy can all this be? From one central interface you can manage your Radian6 activity, both listening to social media and engaging with it. This is one of our longer sessions because there’s so much you can achieve in the Engagement Console to make your job easier. Here you list posts in convenient groupings such as the internal Topic and the assigned My Tasks stacks. At the same time, your external Twitter and Facebook stacks contain incoming posts. You’ll learn to engage with team members on these posts with notes and tags, conversation streams, and reports. With macros you can do it all with a click.
Workflow and Engagement: Humanizing Your Brand
Results are coming in. Here’s where you engage with real people. At the core of this session is identifying the essential substance in a social media post. Who wrote it? Are they influencing many other people? Is the post an unfavorable rant or full of praise? Should you take action on it? Engagement can be reaching out to your team to make these decisions and reaching out directly to the author of the post. See how to tag posts, filter and sort results, identify key Influencers, set up alerts so you know when similar posts arrive, and then respond effectively.
